team sassy* graduates

On Saturday, I officially graduated from Texas State with my MSW degree. I'm proud of this accomplishment, but the more I think about it, the more I realize that it's by God's grace alone that I'm at this point. He gave me everything I would need to finish and sustained me through some my most challenging two years so far. But His greatest favor on my life during this time was these folks...we encouraged and supported one another through the craziness of school. There's a special bond between this group...our very first semester was kind of traumatic for everyone, and since them, we've been tight. I love them so, and I could go on and on about the reasons why. But instead, I'll just leave you with some photos of us together on our big day.

*somehow this became the official name of our cohort, and we were referred to as such by multiple professors. And by somehow, I mean I jokingly blurted it out while we were working on a group project, and it just kind of stuck.
